Lead the full preconstruction process for commercial projects ranging from $1M-$10M Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to develop accurate budgets and competitive bids Utilize software tools such as Sage, Planswift, Building Connected, and Procore to prepare takeoffs, estimates, and cost analyses Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to provide value engineering, cost options, and clear communication throughout the design phase Build and maintain subcontractor relationships to ensure accurate pricing and local market competitiveness Participate in strategic project pursuits and support hand-off to operations team post-award MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individuals status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
