Pediatric Occupational Therapist (New Graduates are accepted) - Largo, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule: Monday through Friday (no on-call or weekend requirements)
Patient Ratio: 1:1 therapist-to-patient care
Facility Type: Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and motor skill deficits. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals. Provide direct, 1:1 therapy sessions in a clinic-based setting. Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate and timely records. Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carry-over of therapy goals in the home and community. Attend team meetings and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with PT and ST professionals. Support children ranging in age from infancy to 20 years . Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Must hold a current and valid OT license in the state of Florida. New graduates are welcome to apply - supervision and mentorship can be provided. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Pediatric experience or coursework is preferred but not required. Benefits include :
