We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with mechanical aptitude and experience in mechanical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using hand and power tools, interpreting technical diagrams, operating machinery, and possessing strong mathematical skills. This role requires hands-on experience and attention to detail. Operate machinery, including Laser Welding Machines, Laser-Marking Machines, Laser Cutting & Laser Engraving machines. Perform preventative maintenance on various machines on-site. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Follow detailed instructions for machine operation and maintenance. Calibrate and set up machines accurately. Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and safety. Mechanical aptitude 1-2 years of mechanical manufacturing experience Experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to interpret technical diagrams Strong mathematical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Prior machine operation experience is ideal but not required Good work ethic with adherence to trust-based break and no cell phone policies Reliability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day Why Work Here?:
