Summary of Role

The US Regional Sourcing team is a strategic procurement organization critical to ensuring competitive supply of high-quality materials, equipment, and parts to the global manufacturing sites. The role, as part of the materials and equipment sourcing team is to ensure a sustainable material supply chain at the correct quality and quantity for internal users driving execution of qualification projects to deliver best in class performance. Essential Responsibilities

Spearhead critical sourcing initiatives and drive process improvements across key operational areas, including resolution of accounts payable issues, updates to purchase agreements, and supplier onboarding Act as the primary sourcing point of contact in the region for stakeholders for assigned commodity(s) for both ongoing manufacturing operations and new product qualifications. Work with stakeholders to understand operation costs and with global sourcing team to identify cost saving and risk reduction opportunities to execute Drives regional supplier development and supplier performance management. Develop regional opportunities for GF to bring new suppliers, product-alternatives, and innovations to the existing procurement landscape. Actively utilize strategic tools, processes & systems to support sourcing and analytical/reporting tasks. Actively participate on global sourcing programs with Global commodity heads to ensure robust, sustainable supply chain is established delivery on business KPI's. Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Global Supply Management, Business, Political Science, Geography, or relevant field of study. 5+ of relevant work experience Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) Dynamic, resourceful self-starter with good analytical and interpersonal skills Experience in building strong relationships internally and externally Demonstrated experience in change management projects with measurable, positive business outcomes. Strong ability to use software tools including MS office suite, oracle and ability to learn how to use business specific software systems Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree is Global Supply Management, Business, or relevant field of study Experience in negotiations and sourcing for high volume manufacturing Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning & organizational skills Work experience in semiconductor or electronics industry Candidates with an in-depth knowledge of Semiconductor Materials or Capital Equipment will be preferred. Expected Salary Range

$54,400.00 - $100,100.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
