Principal Industrial Engineer Financial Coordinator

As a Principal Industrial Engineer Financial Coordinator, you'll collaborate with other members of the Industrial Engineering department, Manufacturing Engineering, Central Engineering, & Product Integration teams to plan and execute critical fab capital and operational expense projects, and support Manufacturing Operations and Advanced Module Engineering to ultimately improve factory output and reduce cycle time. Clear communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Essential Responsibilities: Comprehensive understanding of GF capital & operational expense management systems Able to independently update and manage project budgets, timelines, and make all associated system updates Analyze capital and operational expense budgets and make prioritization recommendations on fab projects, tooling purchases, retrofits, transfers, etc Support various departments in the timely execution of capital and operational expense projects Lead process improvement teams and other small project technical teams Prepare and present capital and operational expense requests for executive-level presentations Complete other various Industrial Engineering projects as needed, or as assigned by manager / supervisor Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Science or equivalent Financial Degree with related experience in engineering environment Experience - minimum 4 years relevant technical experience for a high-volume manufacturing company, preferably semiconductor wafer manufacturing Knowledge of financial and budgeting methodologies Solid oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way Travel Requirements: Minimal Language Fluency: English (both Written & Verbal) Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering / financial related discipline Experience with Financial Forecasting Knowledge of tool purchasing processes Experience with Oracle and SAP Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience in a Wafer Fab or High-Volume Manufacturing Facility Knowledge of Factory Physics and Principles Knowledge of or training in Capacity Planning Lean six sigma certifications Demonstrated ability to work well within a cross functional team Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to communicate well Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments Expected Salary Range: $79,100.00 - $145,800.00. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
