Also, responsible for communicating client information to proper departments, assist in the admissions process as needed and describe insurance and financial requirements to families and clients. Position Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities: Verifying insurance benefits for prospective STR Behavioral Health clients Conducting and completing pre-assessments for STR Behavioral Health Clients Receiving and managing phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referrals Fulfill afterhours schedule by answering and managing phone calls outside regular business hours and days Conduct follow up phone calls with clients, families, and referral sources Maintaining professional relationships with entities outside of STR Behavioral Health Planning and implementing aftercare for STR Behavioral Health clients Qualifications
