Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Utilize legal technology and case management software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Who You Are:
Experienced paralegal with 5+ years in civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, or construction defect law. Skilled in case management, e-filing, discovery, and trial preparation.
