Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk
DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk to join our dealership accounting office. This position supports a variety of general clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, high energy, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Code and receipt incoming payments Prepare and post daily bank deposits Monitor accounts for delayed or missed payments and follow up as needed Check, verify, and process invoices Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data Process monthly vendor payments and maintain vendor files Qualifications:
12 years of experience using QuickBooks (required) 12 years of bookkeeping or clerical accounting experience (preferred) Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software (preferred) High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience and education) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Comfortable using standard office equipment (copiers, adding machines, mail equipment) Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Benefits:
