Shipping/Receiving Tech
SunSource and its family of companies represent 200+ locations and 3,000+ employees making up one of North America's leading value-add industrial distribution companies. We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair. What You'll Do: Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory. Computer skills-Using shipping software and company software for small parcel, freight shipments, and inventory. Organizational skills-Keep inventory staged, located and up to date and keep accurate shipping/receiving records. Pulling, organizing, and staging parts for units to be built. Order shipping/receiving supplies. Boxes, tape, packing materials, etc. Handle walk in customers and will call orders. What We Need From You: Be able to lift at least 50 pounds for handling different package and pallet sizes. Be able to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and overhead hoist/crane. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to pickup/deliver packages, pallets, and parts when needed. Keep area clean and organized. Additional responsibilities may include painting and tagging completed units. Pulling and staging units to be built. Normal work hours are 8am
