How Do I Make An Impact On My Team? Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered What Success Looks Like Two or more years of supervisory experience Past Housekeeping or related work experience Strong oral and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills What Will You Get At NCG Hospitality?
