Machine Operators and Assemblers
Our client, a leader in industrial automation, is seeking Machine Operators and Assemblers to join their team. In these positions, you will be part of the Electronic Assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electronic components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler and Machine Operators Location: Twinsburg, OH Pay Range: $18 per hour Shifts: All shifts are available What's the Job? Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of electronic products. Work from process sheets or verbal instructions to perform production tasks efficiently. Inspect operations against predetermined tolerances to ensure quality standards are met. Perform tasks related to Surface Mount Technologies and other machining processes. Set up, adjust, and assemble components What's Needed? At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED, or 1 year of related work experience. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. Basic computer literacy and reading/writing skills. Preferred: Minimum of 1+ years of related experience in machining or electronics field. No assembly experience required What's in it for me?
