Warehouse Supervisor
Renner Sports a division of Tarkett Sports, the leader in sport surfacing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily warehouse operations, while ensuring fleet maintenance and DOT compliance. Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, supervising staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and overseeing the maintenance and compliance of company vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for all equipment and fleet vehicles Ensure all fleet operations are compliant with DOT regulations, including maintaining accurate logs and documentation. Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles and warehouse operations. Maintain detailed records of fleet maintenance, driver qualification files, and compliance reports. Train and lead warehouse staff, enforcing safety and operational procedures. Report and resolve issues related to warehouse efficiency, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle performance. Qualifications: 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment. Knowledge of DOT compliance and fleet maintenance requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
