Infectious Disease Program Opportunity

The Opportunity We are seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Infectious Disease program at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This role will provide weekend, on-call coverage from 4:00pm on Fridays to 8:00am on Mondays. We are looking for a minimum of one weekend shift per month of inpatient rounding on the CDH Main Campus at 30 Locust St, Northampton, MA 01060. The NP/PA is responsible for: Performing histories and physicals on all new and follow up infectious diseases inpatients Reviewing by phone with attending physician Answering phone calls from providers and outpatients The NP/PA will support physicians, collaborate with consultants, nurses, case managers, and others to provide high-quality, efficient care for patients.
