Interventional Pain Management Physician

A leading pain practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina, seeks a highly skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its collaborative team. Key responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and consultations to create tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic pain. Perform a range of interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve blocks, discography, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty. Interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies. Requirements: ACGME-accredited training with a completed fellowship in pain management. Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology preferred. Proven track record of success in a clinical pain management setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours, offering a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits: The position offers a competitive base salary of $350,000-$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A guaranteed base salary is provided for the first 1-2 years to ensure a smooth transition into the practice. After the guarantee period, compensation shifts to a production-based model, offering increased earning potential based on performance metrics and patient volume.
