Cabell Huntington Hospital Part-Time Lpn For Pre-Admission Testing Department
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a part-time LPN for our Pre-Admission Testing Department. The Licensed Practical Nurse is to work under the direction of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing optimal nursing care and assessment to the PAT patient. The LPN must possess skills and competencies necessary to collect venous and capillary blood specimens for analysis and operates an electrocardiograph machine to record electromotive variations and impulses of the heart, for use in the diagnosis of heart disorders. The LPN may perform nursing assessment in preparation to provide surgical nursing care to all patients ranging in age from infancy to geriatrics.
