Elevate the Experience Through Cleanliness and Care As the Hospitality Leader at Elite Sports Club

[Club Name], your mission is to maintain an exceptional facility environmentone that's sparkling clean, well-stocked, and aligned with the high standards our members expect and deserve. You'll lead, train, and support the hospitality team, coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and work side-by-side with your crew to ensure every areafrom locker rooms to loungesmeets Elite standards. You'll also serve as a friendly and responsive presence to members, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit. Your Role on the Team

What You'll Be Leading Create and maintain a cleaning schedule that keeps the club looking its best all day, every day Train, coach, and support a team of hospitality team members with clear expectations and positive leadership Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to catch issues before members do Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting orders when necessary Collaborate with the maintenance, front desk, and management teams to address any cleanliness concerns promptly Respond to member questions or requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism Lead by examplejump in to clean, organize, and troubleshoot alongside your team Assist with special projects like deep cleans, event setups, and seasonal tasks What You Bring

Your Strengths A natural sense of pride in a clean, organized, and well-maintained space Strong communication and leadership skillsyou coach with respect and clarity The ability to spot what needs doing, take initiative, and inspire others to do the same Comfort with cleaning tools, supplies, and sanitation standards A team-first attitude, with the flexibility to help across departments when needed Organization, attention to detail, and high personal standards Core Qualifications 23 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or facility services Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays CPR/First Aid certification preferred (we can help you get certified) Authorized to work in the United States Team Member Experience Professionalism in how we lead and serve Ownership in how we show up and solve problems Team in how we support one another Quality in the experiences we deliver Celebration in the moments we share along the way Here, you'll be part of a team that values energy, hospitality, and a shared commitment to making our clubs a place where everyone feels proud to belong.
