Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Blackstone Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our analytics, reporting and business management capabilities. This role will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination across BXPW & Blackstone teams to: Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives Develop reporting for flagship perpetual and drawdown funds across global sales channels Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs Assist in global strategic planning and business management routines Support global efforts with financial analysis across BXPW vendors and distributors Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective, and accurate reporting Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources Collaborate with technology, data, and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or other related business experience Strong academic record Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Essbase, and Salesforce Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion. Expected annual base salary range: $135,000 - $145,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
