Program Coordinator - Human Resources

Aerospace / Contract: Full-Time / On-site Key Responsibilities:
Support on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions. Provide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures. Manage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed. Facilitate new hire orientation. Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions. Excellent organizational and computer skills. Proficient in a quality management system. Fluent in reading and writing English. Must be a U.S. Citizen. 2+ years of human resources experience. Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. $26 - $30 an hour SQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
