The Rolex Ambassador is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience, meeting or exceeding sales objectives, and using appropriate judgment to make decisions to build customer relationships. Providing an outstanding client experience by creating a positive and engaging environment for the client is imperative. This is accomplished by being enthusiastic and demonstrating a passion for the Rolex brand. The starting rate: $15.50, plus commission. The day-to-day: Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming all customers, listening to their stories, assisting with questions, and creating memorable WOW moments using the SHOW Service Basics program. Own the full guest journey by building strong relationships through consistent communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a personalized experience that drives retention and repeat business. Follow all service standards including cleanliness, safety, visual merchandising, in-store protocols, appearance guidelines (business professional attire, Rolex tie/scarf, and Rolex watch), and adhere to the no-gifting policy. Stay organized and compliant by logging customer information, purchases, and communication in the CRM, following up with guests per management's cadence, and completing all Rolex-required training. Represent the brand with expertise by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Rolex timepieces and having the flexibility to travel or host clients for events, all while embodying the prestige of the Rolex brand.
