Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sunrise-Sawgrass is seeking a full-time spa manager for our opening soon spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. Main areas of focus: Membership Conversion
you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Life Style Program. Revenue
you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling, marketing, and upgrading services. Recruiting
you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals! Operations
you measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience! Experience and responsibilities: 3
4 years leading a team in a specific membership sales environment and managing spa professionals Bilingual preferred but not required Identifying low performers and creating accountability processes. Driving membership conversion and retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team. Providing consistent feedback, roleplaying, and hosting monthly/quarterly training meetings. Setting the expectations for other team members of a clean and professional environment. Posting or sharing 1-2 grassroots marketing a week and attending 1 industry networking event a month. Compensation: Base + Bonuses - $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 a year plus quarterly bonuses on net gain and budget goals Performance will be based on the following metrics: Net membership gain
