Now, we are looking to expand our team with a knowledgeable and motivated Turn Technician Supervisor. Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of turn technicians, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Oversee property turnovers for rental units, ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks are done efficiently and effectively. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets TruBlue's standards. Manage scheduling, job prioritization, and resources to optimize team productivity. Provide hands-on support for turn projects as needed, including light plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other handyman tasks. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations on all jobs. Track materials, tools, and supplies needed for turn projects and manage inventory. Qualifications
Proven experience as a technician or in a supervisory role, preferably in property maintenance or turnover services. Strong knowledge of home repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of computer software for scheduling and reporting (experience with job management software is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
