Copay is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Chief Of Staff to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Chief Of Staff will support the CFO by allocating 35% of their time to administrative tasks, 30% to project management, and 35% to strategy project leadership. This apprentice role is designed to foster professional growth, providing hands-on experience in finance, strategy, and leadership, with a path to take on larger leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks (35%): Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing engagements to optimize productivity. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion. Oversee expense tracking, budget coordination, and other administrative duties to support the CFO's office. Project Management (30%): Coordinate and manage key financial projects, ensuring alignment with Copay's goals and timely execution. Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the CFO and cross-functional teams. Facilitate collaboration between finance, operations, and other departments to drive project success. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope. Strategy Project Leadership (35%): Lead strategic initiatives under the CFO's guidance, including financial planning, process optimization, and transformation projects. Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development. Develop and present recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership to advance Copay's financial and operational objectives. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance financial performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience in project management, strategic initiatives, or finance preferred; candidates with strong potential and less experience will be considered. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable strategies. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar). Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into larger leadership roles under the mentorship of the CFO. Knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, or corporate finance is a plus.
