Manager, Integrated Marketing
The Manager, Integrated Marketing, reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the National Marketing team, brand strategy, and execution of related integrated programs. The Manager, Integrated Marketing will work closely with partner agencies and cross-functional teams to bring complex integrated initiatives to life that create emotional connections with members and prospects, and drive consideration of the brand. This role is based out of our Hampton, NH office and will be expected to follow our hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
Lead, develop and build program/campaign strategies and data-driven integrated marketing plans to support our business growth, ensure successful launches, and leverage tentpole moments. Lead the cross-functional execution of all integrated go-to-market launch activities across Planet Fitness channels (owned, paid, in-club etc.). Work effectively with teams across the organization including design, local marketing, operations, public relations, data, and product. Owner of key program documents, including briefs, statuses, associated accruals, and budget trackers. Storyteller and developer of critical presentations to various audiences including internal leadership and external stakeholders. Evaluate new opportunities that drive innovation in our marketing and support our larger brand strategy. Ensure partner alignment to the Planet Fitness brand and drive success of program and brand goals. Liaison with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure strong project communication. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape as well as develop an understanding of our franchise system operations. Regularly attend project meetings that fall outside of the Integrated Marketing umbrella with the ability to represent the National Team POV. Qualifications
Willing and able to attend brand activations, (3-4 times per year, including New Year's Eve), required Bachelor's degree in a related field 5-7 years of proven experience in a consumer-focused industry or brand marketing, with a track record of success in collaborating with internal and external partners/teams Advertising agency experience a plus in either project management, digital, strategy, or account/client services Experience with invoice processing and accrual management a plus Ability to analyze relevant data, push for any clarity needed, and provide recommendations Ability to operate independently and efficiently to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, without compromising quality of work A strategic thinker who loves creative problem-solving A teammate who never hesitates to roll up their sleeves and get involved Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally Creative, progressive, thought leadership with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, "can-do" attitude, and a good sense of humor!
