Sr Customer Marketing Specialist
As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist aligned to the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) business, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and regional execution of marketing campaigns for growth. Core to this role will be building effective product marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement assets to empower regional marketing teams to drive demand for software and service offerings. Enabling the multi-fold new-product-introduction software launches associated with the HBS portfolio. Aligning with our launch processes and tools to ensure messaging, marketing assets, sales enablement, and regional readiness for launch are achieved on-time and in compliance with relevant marketing global design models. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, to understand customer and dealer needs, value proposition, personas, and the customer decision journey to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Work collaboratively with the regional marketing teams responsible for HBSs to keep them abreast of the offering portfolio, business goals for their respective regions, and assets/enablement needs to empower them to achieve their business goals. Develop and collaborate with regional team members to support the execution of customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop appropriate sales enablement to enable full-funnel impact. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth. Look externally to competitor offerings, competitor marketing activities, to be a subject matter expert regarding how we can differentiate our marketing strategies to most effectively reach respective audiences. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to help empower the regions to achieve AOP goals. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and increase personal functional excellence.
