A well-established wealth management firm in Colorado Springs is seeking a Client Associate to support its team of financial advisors. This role is key for managing client interactions, handling operational tasks, and ensuring smooth daily workflow in a client-facing environment. Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 / year DOE
Client Associate Responsibilities: Support two financial advisors by managing client relationships and operational tasks efficiently Coordinate and prepare for multiple client meetings each week, ensuring client needs are met smoothly Manage client communications via phone and email, responding professionally and promptly Execute operational duties such as account openings, ACH transfers, check processing, and paperwork completion Maintain and update client records and daily task tracking within CRM platforms accurately Assist with annuity applications and handle simple trades following advisor guidance Close out client action items and annual reviews, keeping advisors informed of progress Follow market trends and news to engage confidently in client conversations Provide daily summaries to advisors outlining completed work and outstanding tasks for transparency Client Associate Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in financial services or a similar client support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, and experience with CRM systems Registered with Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks Polished and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Ability to work well under stress with a calm, even-keeled temperament Detail-oriented and diligent with strong customer service focus Comfortable working onsite full-time Knowledge of financial markets and ability to stay current with industry trends Benefits:
