The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and advise priorities and changes. The Associate Account Executive will have ownership of the day-to-day interactions with select Bardy existing customers outlined below. They are responsible for building relationships, driving sales growth, in-servicing accounts on accurate use of products, services, and reports. Moreover, the Associate AE will help achieve company goals and objectives within that Region under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Your Team

Be the go-to person in a subset of accounts and for established accounts, designated Primary Care, Value Based Care focusing on protect and grow activities PROTECT activity should have accounts continuing to prescribe the Bardy CAM patch at the same rate or more each month GROW activity will identify and win over new prescribers within these established accounts to drive incremental growth Ability to influence decision making through consulting and sales efforts including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports Understand and explain our reports while being able to help the physician to best use them in patient care Inventory Management for assigned accounts
Ordering and auditing accounts regularly Staff Training
Inservice accounts including application of the patch and accurate use of BDX Connect Develop a routing that enables you to reach each account based on the level of prescribing and frequency needed to maintain the business Take ownership for growing the business in assigned existing customer base by selling the benefits of the CAM while keeping out our competitors Triage issues to Customer Experience regarding STATs, password resets, MTP processes and other miscellaneous requests What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred or 2 years of professional outside B2B sales or medical device sales experience is required 2 years of clinical experience is highly preferred Proficiency with Excel and SalesForce.com is preferred Highly insightful, inquisitive individual capable of evaluating needs and providing insights to develop strategic solutions, while embracing a cohesive "One" Baxter approach Ability to travel and do overnight stays & travel within territory We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated pay range for this position is 57,600 to $79,200 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
