Assembly Team Member

Join the IMT assembly team. Enjoy working with your hands, join the team members who can complete the truck orders to the customers' specifications. Be part of a high-quality team! Team members work with their hands installing doors, shelving, electrical, and hydraulics systems to our service trucks! Duties & Responsibilities: Use of various tools, measuring instruments, screwdrivers, wrenches, grease guns, air tools and drills to ream and tap holes. Install properly fitting compartment doors, door latches, shelving units, electrical, tubing and hoses to the service truck ensure each truck is built to the customer specifications. Verify proper instrumentation in trucks when running. Trouble shoot instrumental errors. Communicate issues to quality technicians or engineers. Basic Qualifications: Basic math skills Ability to read calipers, scales and measuring instruments. Basic hand tool experience Good communication with team members in other departments Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical experience Hydraulic and/or wiring experience beneficial. Ability to read basic blueprints. Trouble shooting engine, electrical issues. Experience with hand tools, wrenches, and air tools.
