Role Overview
As the Senior Community Manager will oversee a portfolio of multifamily apartment home communities leading all aspects of operations including sales, maintenance, staffing, financials, budgets, and vendor management. As the regional leader, you will travel within your portfolio to ensure company standards, resident satisfaction, occupancy, compliance with policies and procedures, safety, and fair housing guidelines while motivating and leading your teams to success. Qualifications
Solid 3+ years in multisite of a multimillion-dollar, multisite operations, and P&L management Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred Demonstrated success with innovative, large team leadership Superior record of improving business results and sophisticated business plan execution Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment Proven ability to manage budgets and proactively solve problems About Cortland
