Lead the Way in Care Experience What You Can Expect: Drive Outcomes: Lead system-wide efforts to create a consistent, compassionate, and exceptional experience for our patients, consumers, and communities - every time. Collaborate Across the System: Partner with clinical and operational leaders to embed empathy, respect, communication, and service excellence into everything we do. Tell the Story through Data: Utilize data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Translate feedback from the voice of the customer into strategies and tactics that improve the human experience throughout the care continuum. Inspire Change: Champion a people-first mindset and help foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and patient advocacy. Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals: Mentor and guide a talented group of patient experience professionals across the health system. Qualifications: Master's degree 10 years' relevant experience (specific to patient/care experience in healthcare) We're looking for a passionate, visionary leader to step into the role of Senior Director of Care Experience to help us take patient-centered care to the next level.
