Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with a strong background in injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in GMP manufacturing environments. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and technical issues with key suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) Collaborate cross-functionally as a member of the Supplier Engineering Team to proactively manage supplier quality activities Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement Support tool design and process development initiatives that promote a zero-defect approach to quality Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with a focus on high-speed automation, injection molding, and blow molding Conduct and oversee component, tooling, and process validations/verification Develop and validate test methods to ensure accurate and reliable quality assessments Manage supplier quality projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, and auditing processes Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve supplier-related issues Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field Minimum 6 years of experience in supplier quality engineering within injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing At least 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing required Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
