Guest Service Attendant
The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the opportunity of Guest Service Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key responsibilities of the Guest Service Attendant include: Providing sincere and courteous service to all guests. Cleaning and preparing golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf. Performing range maintenance such as staging tee area, picking and washing balls, maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day. Directing start of play and maintaining an accurate starting sheet. Assisting with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot. Assisting in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Maintaining the cart staging and storage areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. Assisting in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play. Serving the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleaning rental clubs upon return. Cleaning golfers' clubs upon completion of play. Incorporating safe work practices in job performance. Performing other duties as required. Other qualifications: Must have a general understanding of the game of golf. Valid Driver's License. Regular and reliable attendance. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
