Please click HERE to login and apply. Job Summary Under the direction of the Manager of the Infusion Center the OAII performs a variety of patient care activities. These include monitoring vital signs, phlebotomy, and direct patient care to enhance the efficiency of the center. Frequent exposure to blood and body fluids, communicable diseases and other conditions common to a clinical environment. Requires full range of body motion and lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires the use of general office equipment. Job Details And Requirements Type: Part Time (48 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits) Typical Hours: Day Shift Education: High school diploma or GED required. Certification & Licensures: BLS certification required. Certification as Medical Assistant required by a nationally recognized credentialing organization preferred. Experience: One year of experience in a clinical and clerical setting preferred. Knowledgeable in medical terminology. Skilled in taking vital signs, multi-tasking, and being detail oriented. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
