Program Supervisor
As a Program Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the program management function. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership:
Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for various projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, interfacing effectively with clients and team members. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor team members; manage performance and provide ongoing feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement for direct reports.
Facilitate team meetings to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project objectives. Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to meet changing circumstances or expectations. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Budget Management:
Prepare project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability for assigned project.
Analyze project financials and make adjustments to align with budgetary constraints. Quality Assurance:
Establish project quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement. The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $132,000.
