We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Manager. You will play a key role in developing and retaining our clientele. You will take charge of actively managing your accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across the Cleveland, OH region. What you're responsible for: Generating sales growth by acquiring new clients and overseeing the entire sales cycle. Enhancing client relationships through consistent communication and in-person meetings Staying organized by efficiently overseeing an assigned set of accounts while maintaining thorough and precise records of all sales activities. Fostering client loyalty by emphasizing attention to detail and cultivating strong relationships. Handling, responding to, and processing callbacks, submissions, and email promptly. Qualifications

To join our team: Three to five years of proven experience and success within business development or key account management Experience in an industrial environment is a plus Outstanding communication skills; well-organized, team-oriented, and attentive to detail Proven experience in establishing and nurturing relationships Strong skills in sales forecasting and achieving revenue targets Willingness to traveling within the territory Additional Information
