Perform onsite customer support, including but not limited to, executing MTFs Inventory Management Program (IMP) for designated hospitals. Identify opportunities within assigned accounts for MTF to expand business, communicate those opportunities to CPM, and execute strategies resulting in revenue maintenance and growth. This is a Part-Time role, 10-20 hours a week Pay: $25.00 p/h Ideal Location: Pasadena to Ontario, CA Responsibilities

Routinely visit designated accounts. Electronically scan inventory of all allograft tissues. Compare current inventory to established par levels, identify outdated tissues, rotate inventory, and generate suggested reorder reports. Build strong and effective relationships with hospital staff in order to maximize the value of the IMP for the hospital and MTF. Make recommendations to CPM regarding changes to par levels or IMP program elements and implement in coordination with hospital staff. Maintain and increase MTF allograft usage and revenues at assigned accounts in coordination with CPM. Assist IMP accounts with implementation, monitoring, and onsite support of Tissue Track Core, where applicable. Introduce and assist with implementation of Track Core, as needed. Provide consistent on-hand inventory rotation and reconciliation services to accounts. Intervene to prevent or minimize expired tissue, whether consigned or purchased. Assist CPM in building customer relationships while providing total solutions to customers' IMP needs. Expand hospital staff contact base in order to maximize MTFs presence, support, and value for the designated hospitals. Complete inventory forms for hospital and submit to appropriate individuals for review. Obtain purchase order numbers and place orders with MTF Client Services. Provide feedback to account as to any back orders on required items, as well as confirm items to be shipped and delivery times. Expedite, as needed, orders for accounts to meet surgical requirements. Report information related to MTF tissue, competitive activity, and customer staff changes to CPM. Manage time to stay within designated job hour commitment. Complete time sheet submission weekly. Manage expenses to stay within budget. Complete expense report submission weekly. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required Experience: 1 Year Experience providing onsite customer support or customer service Required License, Certification & Registration Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and contact management software Benefits Information
