Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at a leading metal fabrication facility. We are currently seeking four technically skilled individuals to enhance our maintenance team. The ideal candidates will be capable of troubleshooting a variety of systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and all mechanical aspects of maintenance, as well as electrical systems up to 480 volts. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment. Replace motors as needed. Operate CNC burners, specifically Messer equipment. Troubleshoot lasers, particularly Trumpf systems. Engage in CNC maintenance, focusing on Haas, Mazak equipment. Handle PLC troubleshooting, including HDMI and Fanuc levels. Essential Skills
Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting. Experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts. Background in hot/heavy industrial environments. Why Work Here?
