What are we looking for? The Laboratory Analyst- Chemistry is responsible for following SOPs to prepare, process, and analyze samples in addition to generating and reviewing reports. What you'll do: Prepare and process samples Sample analysis (including the use of a Flame AA) Generate and review lab reports Utilize a LIMS system Perform QC/QA activities Instrument maintenance, calibration, and preliminary troubleshooting Follow industry standards (ASTM, EPA, etc) and SOPs Adhere to and support an ISO 17025 quality system This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.
