What You'll Do
This position ensures the delivery of high-quality nutrition services within the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and Fit Families programs by following state and federal guidelines. Serving as a
Competent Professional Authority (CPA) , the role includes conducting participant-centered nutrition assessments, assigning food packages, providing education (including breastfeeding support), and referring participants to additional services.
The role also oversees
all aspects of nutrition services : ensuring policy compliance, supervising staff, managing training and evaluations, participating in planning and reporting, and coordinating with the WIC Director on budgets and clinic flow. As a
Fit Families coach , the position includes community outreach and engagement to support long-term nutrition and health outcomes.
Additional duties include administrative support (e.g., intake, answering calls, taking measurements) and upholding Noble's organizational policies.
What You'll Bring • Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDs or RDNs) who are registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and are also a Certified Dietitian (CD) in the state of Wisconsin. • Has a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience if holding bachelors degree, or a minimum of 1 year job-related experience if holding masters or doctoral degree in nutrition. • Must maintain a state of Wisconsin Driver's License, as well as the ability to pass the requirements to complete the minimum requirements to operate a company vehicle. • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. • Ability to work under pressure and professionally handle stressful situations. • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with participants, co-workers, vendors, community partners, and the public.
