Responsible for daily review and securing of Specialists referrals via the EPIC Referral Work queues. Responsible for daily review and monitoring, timely securing of the Diagnostic services referral work queues. Utilization of Managed Care portals, insurance websites, Availity, Etc. to secure referrals and diagnostic service authorizations. Accurately enters patient demographics information and insurance data in the computer as documented. Ensures that authorizations are obtained prior to scheduling procedures/testing. Attaches referrals and authorizations to visit in Epic. Efficiently schedules appointments, recording them as documented and following practice policy. Qualifications:
