Represent nonprofit partners at local outreach events, retail pop-ups, and public engagement campaigns Lead face-to-face fundraising initiatives to promote awareness and generate donations Train, motivate, and supervise a small team of outreach and fundraising representatives Manage event setup, campaign messaging, donor relations, and field operations Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching for continuous improvement Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance campaign strategy and community engagement Participate in leadership development training, workshops, and strategic planning sessions Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership potential with a passion for mentorship and team-building Strong interpersonal and public communication skills Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a positive mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure Passion for nonprofit causes, community service, or advocacy work Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required with relevant experience) Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. What You'll Gain:
