Senior Financial Analyst - Client Finance

Detailed forecast analysis including budget versus actual spending and forecast verses actual spending for a large Real Estate portfolio. Annual budget planning preparation and development; and be responsible day to day reporting and forecasting activities for assigned portfolio Monthly and quarterly report analysis Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and working with others to implement change Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreements and any relevant amendments or appendices Support, track and audit client billing activities, as needed Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting Analyze performance data to forecast/trend Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives Any and all other duties and tasks assigned Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information Teamwork Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools. Demonstrate high level of customer service with client contacts and internal team Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills Sound like you? Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience Strong/Advanced accounting skills Advanced MS Excel skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible and adaptable Demonstrated initiative, & independence Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethics Understanding of and commitment to client service A desire to work within a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative, and driven team environment Estimated total compensation for this position: 80,000.00
