This role works independently and alongside program specific recruitment teams with minimal supervision and understands recruitment strategies, community engagement, as well as the Pressley Ridge (PR)-TFC Model and Re-Education philosophies. The Organizational Parent Recruiter analyzes program data and is able to provide clear and constructive feedback as well as collaborate with TFC program recruitment staff and leadership regarding targeted recruitment strategies, the certification process, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
Clinical and Support Reviews, confers, provides feedback and monitors each program's Targeted Recruitment Plan. Supports the activities of the Targeted Recruitment Plan in a timely manner, including Parents as Recruiters/Word of Mouth Recruitment and social media campaigns. Responds to inquiries of assigned programs within the recommended timeline of less than one business day. Understands the certification process of each assigned program. Uses the Binti portal to track, manage, and respond to inquiries. Works with programs to ensure certification of new TFC Parents within an average of 90 days. Works with programs to ensure certification of new Kinship Parents within 60 days. Ensures the orientation and training needs of TFC Parents are coordinated across programs, training PR-TFC preservice when needed. Utilizes a shared calendar to effectively track and communicate training opportunities. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity. Participates in and assist with special assignments and projects. Seeks to educate others about the Pressley Ridge values, Re-Education principles, foster and kinship care and the PR-TFC model. Quality Improvement Uses the Binti/Foster Parent portal data to ensure timely completion of certifications. Completes Quality Record Review or TFC Fidelity audits to ensure compliance with regulations and model fidelity. Uses data and sound recruitment practices to collaborate with TFC programs' recruitment team regarding their Targeted Recruitment Plans. Helps to pull and respond to data regarding certification barriers. Communication Communicates effectively and follows up on foster parent inquiries that move to the applying stage. Responds to all foster parent inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, and without bias. Creates on-going and effective communication with program staff and leadership. Assists in the creation of marketing materials and messaging. Communicates with Treatment Parents across the organization which can include, periodic newsletters, training opportunities, social media posts. Quickly responds to all communication. Supervision Actively participates in individual supervision. Acts as a mentor to program recruiters. Leadership Interacts with Program Directors, Senior Directors, and Executive Directors regarding data trends in their regions. Coordinates and participates in cross program pre-service and in-service training of foster parents. Leads organizational wide parent recruitment group. Facilitates on-going group meetings with program recruiters. Presents data trends and recruitment strategies to large audiences, such as service line or recruiter group. Community Engagement Acts as the central point of contact for recruitment questions. Attends program recruitment activities, some travel required. Represents Pressley Ridge in local, state, and national conferences, seminars, and trainings by attending or in the role of presenter. Documentation Assists in documenting progress, cost, and outcomes of plans. Writes clear and descriptive documentation. Professional Development Attends and participates in all required professional training. Independently seeks out resources and learning opportunities to foster ongoing professional growth. Periodically attends local, state, or national workshops or conferences. Qualifications 1. Education/Credentials/Licensure: a. Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Behavioral Science, etc.), Communications or Marketing. b. Valid state driver's license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance. 2. Experience: a. One (1) year of experience with the foster care system. 3. Clearances: a. State Police b. FBI c. Child Abuse Clearances d. CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation. Working Conditions 1. Physical Demands: a. This position requires operating a keypad device 75% of the day. Travel is required 4 days per month and will require an overnight stay. Need to work in weather conditions about 15% of the day. Fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs and feet are all routinely used throughout the day. The lower and upper torso is used 75% of the day. Employee must meet minimum requirements for hearing, speech, and vision. Walking is required 25% of the day. Standing occurs 25% of the day. Sitting happens 50% of the day.
