Summary: Responsible for promoting and growing adult and pediatric specialty service lines as assigned via execution of vendor booths, community activity, programs, and lectures based on national safety/injury prevention needs surveys for pediatric services and county needs assessment for population health within target markets that span from North Dade to Palm Beach Counties. Fosters community partnerships and collaborates, conceptualize new opportunities to meet the needs of the community (population health) and Memorial's needs throughout the system. Responsibilities: Develops and grows community and corporate sponsorships to cultivate corporate wellness programs and service lines. Collects data, maintains databases, and runs reports as needed in order to provide statistics for reporting of community events. Provides clerical support as needed. Prioritizes multiple community tasks, events and projects related to growing specialty target markets, as well as alignment with disease awareness dates throughout the year. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Proficient at Microsoft Office. Excellent public speaking skills. Creativity, initiative, and project management skills required. Required Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience in community relations, marketing, public relations, event planning or related field. Other Information: New Hires have six (6) months to obtain the CPR Certification. May be required to obtain Child Safety Seat Technician Certification after employment.
