About the Role: We're looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative storyteller to join our Executive Keynotes team as Senior Manager, Executive Keynote Content. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of high-impact keynote content for senior executive speakers at our most high-profile events. You'll work closely with the VP of Executive Keynotes and cross-functional partners to bring to life compelling narratives that showcase our vision, innovation, and customer success

helping to shape the way we show up on the global stage. This role sits within the Executive Keynotes team and is focused exclusively on content: message development, storytelling, structure, scripting, and visual narrative. What You'll Do: Develop keynote content for senior executive speakers, from outlines and scripts to story arcs and speaker notes Collaborate with the VP of Executive Keynotes to align each presentation with broader messaging strategy and business priorities Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging storytelling that resonates with enterprise audiences across industries Craft outlines, scripts, speaker notes, and visual storytelling elements (in partnership with keynotes, design, and brand teams) Partner with teams across marketing, comms, customer marketing, product, and creative to gather inputs and ensure message alignment Lead and participate in content reviews and executive prep sessions to fine-tune delivery and messaging Support mainstage keynotes in-person at tier-1 events, globally (domestic and international travel) Stay informed on emerging trends, customer proof points, and product innovation to support relevant, forward-looking content Qualifications

What You'll Bring: 58 years of experience in content development, executive communications, or narrative storytelling

ideally in a B2B tech environment A proven track record of crafting keynote-level narratives for senior leaders Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills

able to move from raw input to polished, speaker-ready content Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong grasp of storytelling structure, audience engagement, and business messaging High attention to detail, with an instinct for pacing, tone, and storytelling structure Calm under pressure, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Passion for technology, business transformation, and inspiring storytelling Bonus Points For: Familiarity with enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI-driven transformation Experience supporting executive speakers at major conferences or product launch events Background in journalism, strategic comms, or presentation storytelling Travel required: ~25% Domestic and international travel to support mainstage keynotes at tier-1 events For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $131,300 - $229,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
