Our client is seeking a polished and professional Property Assistant to support our commercial property management team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of administrative experience, a strong customer service background, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in commercial real estate and gain exposure to day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to property managers and the operations team across a portfolio of commercial properties. Serving as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitorsdelivering exceptional customer service both in person and via phone/email. Assisting with the coordination of property maintenance requests, follow-up, and resolution tracking. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence, reports, and tenant communications. Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, lease documents, and vendor contracts. Helping with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and tracking of service orders. Supporting the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and tenant notifications. Ensuring front office and shared spaces remain professional and organized. Qualifications include: 12 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional office or real estate setting. Prior experience in a customer service role with strong interpersonal communication skills. Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate). Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software is a bonus.
