Responsibilities Accurately enter data from various sources into the company database Verify and maintain data integrity and accuracy Generate and update reports as needed for project tracking Assist in organizing and filing documents related to electrical projects Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements Support accounting and project management teams with necessary data entry tasks Monitor and resolve discrepancies in data entries or records
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Proven experience in data entry or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with construction or electrical service industry terminology is a plus
