Heidelberg Materials Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing and screening equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulics. Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with industrial tools and safety protocols. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
