In this entry-level role, you'll play a key part in both the coordination and design of learning experiences that help our employees thrive. As a member of the Human Resources team, approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to managing the logistics that ensure the smooth delivery of HR programs

including scheduling, internal communications, and administrative coordination. The remaining 50% will focus on supporting the design, development, and upkeep of engaging, modern learning content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances the employee experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a creative problem-solver, and a team player with an eye for detail. The candidate enjoys coordinating moving pieces, learning new tools, and contributing to content that supports others' success. Whether it's formatting a presentation, updating eLearning modules, or scheduling upcoming learning events, the candidate brings energy, ownership, and curiosity to their work. Learning Coordination (50%) Manage logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs, including scheduling, calendar invitations, registration, and facilitator communications. Support administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including user enrollment, assignments, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate training records to support compliance and internal tracking needs. Draft and distribute participant and leader communications for training sessions, including pre-work, reminders, and follow-up messaging. Administer post-session surveys and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of our offerings. Instructional Design Support (50%) Partner with colleagues to format, revise, and maintain learning materials such as slide decks, participant guides, and eLearning modules. Use existing templates and tools to create engaging digital and visual content. Conduct light research and source content to support curriculum development efforts. Support quality assurance and version tracking processes to ensure content is accurate, clear, and brand aligned. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate content and meet business needs. Track milestones and provide light project management support on instructional design projects. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years' experience in training operations, learning coordination, or instructional design support (prior internships or academic projects welcomed). Desired Qualifications/Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience using tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Canva. Exposure to content development platforms and learning management systems (e.g., Absorb LMS, PowerPoint, or similar).
