Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
Participates in the development and implementation of regulatory policy related to state and/or federal regulatory proceedings in jurisdictions where the Companies operate. Actively involved in the formation, support, and implementation of regulatory initiatives. Essential Functions: Coordinates various regulatory filings in multiple state and/or federal jurisdictions Coordinates pre-file testimony Monitors regulatory activities of other utilities Coordinates administrative matters Maintains knowledge of industry trends and industry-related legislation pertinent to the business area Fosters a productive, engaging and inclusive work environment in which open communication is encouraged and obstacles to open communication are addressed quickly. Works safely Keeps Manager informed of issues, impediments and progress Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications: Ability to understand complex information, problem-solving skills, business acumen, analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated skills with MS Office and Adobe Pro Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related preferred. Experience: Zero to three years of experience Licenses & Certifications: None Working Conditions: Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
