Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Management (Scm) Procurement
The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement provides business support to the SCM Procurement team through data and process analysis, reporting, planning, and participating in ad hoc projects. The Sr. Analyst, SCM Procurement will support the supply chain team in creating and maintaining weekly scorecards, monthly executive presentations, spend analyses, metric creation and reporting. The analyst will work with the teams to identify business trends, potential risks, and customer needs. Finally, the analyst will work cross-functionally with global teams in the US, UK, LATAM, and Asia, to support business processes, collaborate on process improvements, build mechanisms to increase accuracy, and influence others to ensure that the SCM Procurement team meets business goals, and provides the highest level of customer experience. Essential Functions: Supports operational activities of supplier management including communicating and resolving daily issues between internal organizations and suppliers Use, create, and develop critical business analytical tools to turn data into accurate and relevant insights to enable business decisions and recommendations Monitor performance trends, and provide solutions to maintain and improve performance against goals Build and enhance process flows and develop and support documentation within the organization's Quality Management System Clearly convey enterprise needs and expectations to external vendors Effectively communicate and present vendor needs and requirements to internal stakeholders Develop performance results readouts and present to internal management Build and maintain client/supplier score cards Improve contract repository Work with vendors to ensure allocations, deliveries and POs are flowing properly to support the business needs Other Functions: Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Skills/Knowledge: Advanced MS Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, functions, formulas and others Advanced PowerPoint skills Intermediate database skills (SQL and Access preferred) Strong analytical and modeling skills Customer focused and capable of building business partnerships and influence at all levels of organization Strong team building and team-oriented skills Ability to operate within areas of ambiguity Experience/Education: 6+ years of related experience or bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience Financial analysis and metric creation experience Procurement/sourcing experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) preferred, but not required Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may spend 4-8 per day sitting and working at a computer. The ability to adjust focus, use hands to grasp, finger, handle, reach or feel and sit for prolonged periods are needed for this position. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication utilizing a headset.
